Brewferm Diabolo
Brewferm brings you a unique range of beerkits for brewing Belgian beer at home. Why Belgian beer? Belgian beers are renowned worldwide for their high quality, the extensive range and the delicious full taste. Who is in a better position to surrender Belgian recipe secrets than a local producer?
Twenty-five years of experience in Belgian homebrew kits guarantees high quality and 100% natural ingredients, which you, the home brewer, will enjoy with relish.
Brewferm beer concentrates have already undergone the major part of the brewing process. Just before the final stage this process is interrupted and the liquid is reduced by evaporation until the beer concentrates are left. All you have to do is add water and sugar to obtain, after fermentation, 7 to 20 litres of beautiful natural beer.
Brewferm Belgian Beer Kits generally take a couple of weeks longer to brew than the average beer kit to achieve a higher alcohol content and subtle Abbey beer style flavours.

Using the easy to follow instructions, create your own delicious home-made liquors unequalled for their rich flavour.
Using costly essences, the flavourists at Classic Liquors have created liquors to rival the expensive brands.
In addition to this kit you will need two 4 litre (1 gallon) Demijohns, a Syphon, Airlock and Sugar (2kg).
*Mead Liqueur*
The Drink of the Gods, mead has a long history. It may well be the oldest recorded fermented beverage. Mead figures prominently in the tales of Scandinavia and the Vikings. The Celts were drinking it in 500 A.D. There are indications that the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Ethiopians, Scandinavians, Assyrian, Incas and Aztec used mead, both in festivals and as a religious drink. Honey, and by association, mead, have been attributed with such powers as that of an aphrodisiac, and it has been said in times gone by that it imbues the drinker with attributes such as life, wisdom, courage and strength. Enjoy Mead Liqueur (also known as Ambrosia)- a true descendant of the Drink of the Gods.
Please note: Unlike a lot of liqueur kits on the market, this is not a little bottle of flavouring added to Vodka or raw alcohol. Classic liquors starts with water, sugar and this kit. You produce your very own 40 percent proof (20 percent) alcohol that you brew and clarify at home. With several flavours to try there's something for everyone!
To make this Classic Liquor kit you will require some basic equipment. Our 6 bottle wine making kit:/collections/wine-making/products/home-brew-online-starter-equipment-pack-wine-6-bottle-kit is ideal.
