Established by pub landlord, beer connoisseur and businessman Ken Munro, Milestone is a craft brewery producing fine flavoursome ales which has won many prestigious awards over the years. Head Brewer, Mr Dean Penney is dedicated and passionate about his beer. Dean is also responsible for the high standards and smooth running of the Brew House and the Brew Crew. He demands the best from everyone.
Milestone's philosophy, as a craft brewery, is to use tradition based recipes, the finest ingredients and the best available equipment and technology. This combination, coupled with teamwork and the skills of Head Brewer Dean, has produced a number of outstanding ales; Hoptimism, Lions Pride, Classic Dark Mild, Loxley Ale, Black Pearl, Crusader, Rich Ruby Olde Home Wrecker and Imperial Pale Ale.

Little Bottler (Complete)
The *Little Bottler* is an ingenious device which makes the filling of bottles a breeze.
Simply fit the tap to your pressure barrel:/collections/equipment/barrels-extras or fermenting vessel:/collections/equipment/fermenting and when your brew is ready to bottle, attach the filling tube. The *Little Bottler* features a valve in the bottom of the tube which starts the flow of beer when depressed and stops it when the bottle is lowered, meaning that you don't need to control the flow by means of the tap.
The *Little Bottler* really is the must have device to make tedious bottling methods a thing of the past.
Supplied individually packaged, complete with lever action tap and backnut. Includes a rubber washer making it ideal for use with either a fermenting vessel or barrel. Pressure barrels generally have a universal size tap thread.
The bottling stick measures 33cm.

Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 40 Pints
This is a very special homebrew of exceptional quality, strength and flavour, for three fundamental reasons. Firstly, it's a full 1.8 kilogrames of concentrated English malted barley. Secondly, only the very best malting barley and hops are used, blended to an original formula, to give you the traditional strength and flavour of real beer. Lastly, we use a genuine brewers yeast, which means fast fermentation and clearing, with no yeasty off flavours.
Ready to drink in about 10 days!

Grape Juice Concentrate - White 500ml
Used to improve quality and aid fermentation of all white, country / hedgerow wines.
A common ingredient amongst country / hedgerow wine makers. Grape concentrate is added to a large number of country wine recipes prior to fermentation to add body & flavour. Grape concentrate helps reduce fermentation times by supplying the correct nutrients.
Use at a rate of 200ml - 250ml of grape concentrate per 4.5L of wine or 500ml for light table wine.
