Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons). A special Bayanus strain especially selected for its ability to produce exceptional crisp and refreshing ciders. Directions for use: Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of juice, wait 15 minutes then stir. Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your cider kit isn't fermenting correctly and the temperature conditions are correct, the yeast may have died. If no change in SG readings from a Hydrometer occur over several days, we recommend adding a sachet of Cider Yeast with some sugar to kick start the fermentation process.
