Geordie Yorkshire Bitter
Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 40 Pints
Geordie Yorkshire Bitter is light in colour and has the slightly sweet taste of the best traditional Yorkshire beers. Made from natural ingredients: malt, hops and barley. It has a creamy head and full body. It is satisfying to drink and equally satisfying to make.
Geordie Liquid Kits are the simplest way to brew. The wort has already been brewed from malted barley and hops, concentrated and canned. All you need to do is mix it with water, sugar OR beer kit enhancer and add the yeast. Once fermentation is complete (approx. 7 days) transfer to bottles/ barrel, wait 10 days and drink!

White Wine Yeast for Homebrewing
All Purpose White Wine Yeast
Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
This strain of wine yeast was selected from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand fermentations. It produces white or blush wines which are exceptionally crisp and clean - suitable for any style of white or blush.
Directions for use:
Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of juice, wait 15 minutes then stir.
Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your wine isn't fermenting correctly and the temperature conditions are correct, the yeast may have died. If no change in SG readings from a Hydrometer occur over several days, we recommend adding a sachet of All Purpose Wine Yeast to kick start the fermentation process.
