Coopers European Lager Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 23 Litres

Coopers European Lager captures the style of the finest quality lagers exported from Northern Europe.
Serve well chilled in a tall, narrow glass with a generous head of 5cm or so and savour the herbaceous hop aroma and crisp finish.

If we are out of stock of Coopers Brew Enhancer 2, we would recommend using 1kg of an alternative Beer Kit Enhancer:/collections/ingredients/products/muntons-beer-kit-enhancer-1kg
A cheaper alternative is to use 1kg Sugar instead of Enhancer. Any white sugar can be used however we recommend brewing sugar:/collections/ingredients/products/youngs-brewing-wine-making-sugar-1kg
