Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 40 Pints An ale that displays fruity esters on the nose, full malty palate with a generously hopped clean finish in the style of Coopers world famous Sparkling Ale. Sparkling Ale is based on the brew Thomas made, circa 1862, as a tonic for his first wife. Neighbours sampled the brew and encouraged Thomas to expand his brewing which, in time, led to the founding of the Coopers Brewery and the now world famous Coopers Sparkling Ale. This brew has been developed to be accompanied by 1.5kg Coopers Light Malt Extract, 500g Light Dry Malt (the same as light spraymalt) and 300g of Dextrose/Sugar. About the Sparkling Ale Kit From Coopers Heritage Range Contains 1.7kg Premium Malted Wheat, Pale Malted Barley, Selected Hops & Packet of Yeast Pure and natural ingredients Pure Premium Malt, Wheat Malt, Barley, Hops & Yeast No additives or preservatives Easy, step-by-step Instructions Takes 2-3 Weeks to brew. Can be drunk after conditioning for 2 weeks or left to condition further for as long as required, even several years. Makes 23 Litres (40 Pints / 5 Gallons) Additional ingredients required 1.5kg Coopers Light Malt Extract:/collections/ingredients/products/coopers-malt-extract-light 300g Sugar or Dextrose.
