Ale Yeast for Homebrewing
Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
This strain has been especially selected for its ability to produce rich, full flavoured English-style ales.
Directions for use:
Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of wort, wait 15 minutes then stir.
Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your beer kit isn't producing foam and CO2 and the temperature conditions are correct the yeast may have died. If no change in SG readings from a Hydrometer occur over several days, we recommend adding a sachet of Ale Yeast with some sugar to kick start the fermentation process.

Classic liquors - Hazelnut Brandy
Makes a Gallon of Hazelnut Brandy in Just 3 Weeks
Ferments up to 40 percent proof - No Distilling Required, Completely Legal
Using the easy to follow instructions, create your own delicious home-made liquors unequalled for their rich flavour.
Using costly essences, the flavourists at Classic Liquors have created liquors to rival the expensive brands.
In addition to this kit you will need two 4 litre (1 gallon) Demijohns, a Syphon, Airlock and Sugar (2kg).
*Hazelnut Brandy*
In common with other nutty liqueur, hazelnut brandy is made by the maceration of grated hazelnuts in pure grain alcohol, followed by distillation and sweetening. Frequently, certain herbs are added to obtain a unique taste.
Please note: Unlike a lot of liqueur kits on the market, this is not a little bottle of flavouring added to Vodka or raw alcohol. Classic liquors starts with water, sugar and this kit. You produce your very own 40 percent proof (20 percent) alcohol that you brew and clarify at home. With several flavours to try there's something for everyone!
To make this Classic Liquor kit you will require some basic equipment. Our 6 bottle wine making kit:/collections/wine-making/products/home-brew-online-starter-equipment-pack-wine-6-bottle-kit is ideal.

Geordie Liquid Kits are the simplest way to brew. The wort has already been brewed from malted barley and hops, concentrated and canned. All you need to do is mix it with water, sugar OR beer kit enhancer and add the yeast. Once fermentation is complete (approx. 7 days) transfer to bottles/ barrel, wait 10 days and drink!

Brupaks Fixby Gold
Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 40 Pints
These are more than just beer kits they are Concentrated Brewers Worts. Production follows traditional brewhouse procedures using only the finest quality 2-row malting barley and the choicest English hops. The grist (crushed malt) is 'mashed' with water at 65C for about one hour to convert the starches into sugar. The resultant liquid (wort) is strained off into a boiling vessel where hops are added for bitterness. After boiling, extra hops are added for flavour and aroma.
In a commercial brewery the wort would be cooled rapidly to around 20C, then transferred to a fermentation vessel where it is transformed into beer. As our worts are to be fermented at home, they first need to be reduced to a convenient size for the home beermaker to carry. To achieve this, the excess liquid is evaporated under vacuum, at low temperatures to preserve the delicate flavours, then pasteurised and canned. To continue the brewing process at home, all that is necessary is to dilute the concentrated wort back to its original density and ferment! Extra hops are included to restore aroma lost during production.
Included in the box are some advanced instructions for those who like to experiment. Subtle flavour differences can be achieved by adopting a few advanced techniques e.g. bitterness adjustment, sweetness, colour etc.
