Muntons Premium Gold are quite simply the finest brewing kits you can buy. That's because to make them we have used authentic quality brewing ingredients and put them together as only Muntons know how.
For this cider kit we have used the finest quality apples to create a crisp and authentic taste. Great care is taken to ensure we retain all the apple flavour and character. To guarantee consistent brewing, this cider kit also contains a special cider yeast to ensure optimum brewing and a crystal clear result.
By following our simple instructions you will produce a West Country-style cider which is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of acidity. One thing is for certain, once you have experienced the satisfying taste of Muntons Premium Gold Cider, nothing else will do.

Citric Acid for Home Brewing / Wine Making 100g
Ideal for wine making. Imparts a natural, fruity citrus flavour.
A substitute for natural citrus - aids a healthy fermentation.
Directions for use:
Use as directed in recipe or as a guide, use 10gm dissolved in a small amount of warm water per 4.5l, adding to must prior to fermentation, repeat if necessary after fermentation. One Rounded teaspoon is the equivalent to the juice of one lemon.
