St. Peter's Hall is near Bungay in Suffolk and dates from around 1280. It is the centerpiece of the St. Peter's Brewery site.
In 1539 the east wing was added using materials from the nearby Flixton nunnery which was one of a dozen monastic houses given to Cardinal Wolsey by King Henry VIII to finance the building of a school in Ipswich, Suffolk's county town.
Then, as today, Suffolk barley was carefully malted to brew beers and ales and that tradition lives on today at St. Peter's Brewery.

This sturdy brew bin is made from high quality food grade plastic and is ideal for brewing our beer kits. It has a maximum capacity of 30 litres, making it suitable for a 40 pint home brew beer kit. A graduated sticker on the side provides guideline fill level.
The bin is supplied ready to use, complete with a lid and handle. The lid is bored and has a grommet to accommodate an airlock. The outside of this home brew bin features useful capacity markings.

Coopers Pilsener Lager
Home Brew Concentrate - Makes 40 Pints
A pale straw coloured beer with a bold, spicy Saaz hop aroma. Crisp and dry with cleansing bitterness, Thomas Coopers Pilsener is made from premium 2- row pale malt and barley, bittering hops and a generous amount of aromatic SAAZ hops.
Fermentation with the true lager yeast, supplied, at temperatures below 20C will produce an excellent example of the pilsener style.

Pectic Enzyme

Pectic Enzyme not only helps with the prevention of pectin haze but also aids the extraction of juice and flavours from the fruit you are fermenting.
