This strain of wine yeast was selected from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand fermentations. It produces white or blush wines which are exceptionally crisp and clean - suitable for any style of white or blush.
Directions for use:
Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of juice, wait 15 minutes then stir.
Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your wine isn't fermenting correctly and the temperature conditions are correct, the yeast may have died. If no change in SG readings from a Hydrometer occur over several days, we recommend adding a sachet of All Purpose Wine Yeast to kick start the fermentation process.
Champagne Yeast for Homebrewing Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
This strain of wine yeast was selected from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand fermentations. It produces Champagne which is exceptionally clean and fresh. Although selected for Champagne it is suitable for any sparkling wine.
Directions for use:

Suitable for restarting stuck ferments. If your Champagne isn't fermenting correctly and the temperature conditions are correct, the yeast may have died. Lager Yeast for Homebrewing Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons).
This strain is a true bottom fermenting lager yeast that produces desirable flavour characteristics consistent with quality lager beer.

Re-Start Wine Yeast for Stuck Fermentations 5g Sufficient for 23 litres (5 gallons)
Suitable for white or red wines.
This strain of wine yeast was chosen from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand individual fermentations.
It has been selected for re-starting stuck fermentations. High success rate can be expected where the wine is below 8% ABV and within pH range 3.0 - 3.5.
